R. Zebulon Law, Esq. is an attorney specializing in estate planning, business planning, and tax planning matters.  Zeb also holds an advanced (LL.M.) degree in taxation, and is a licensed certified public accountant (although please note the firm does not undertake any accounting matters).  Zeb has saved clients millions of dollars' worth of taxes throughout his career.  In addition, Zeb has served as an expert witness on California trust law in a number of cases involving contested trusts.  

Zeb has served as an adjunct professor for Golden Gate University's LL.M. program.  In addition, Zeb has lectured nationally on estate planning matters, and has written and published numerous articles on estate and tax planning issues.

Nathan R. Loftin, Esq. graduated from the University of Utah in 2001 with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Sociology with an emphasis on Criminology. Nate went on to receive a J.D. from Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, CA. He has worked for Zeb Law since the fall of 2003 and specializes in estate planning, business planning, trust administration, and is the lead attorney on several probate cases. In addition, Nate has assisted Zeb in researching and drafting study materials for the National Business Institute’s legal seminar. Nathan's email address is nloftin@rzlaw.net.

Christian G. Heinrich, Esq. graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law, where he was an editor of a distinguished law review.  Christian has concentrated his practice of law on estate planning, probate, and trust administration.  He has personally crafted estate plans and administered trusts for individuals and couples throughout California, utilizing advanced techniques when necessary for those of high net worth. Christian has made appearances in the probate courts throughout Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego counties.  Before becoming of counsel to R. Zebulon Law, he managed his own successful practice after being an associate of a well established estate planning firm in Newport Beach.  Christian's email address is cheinrich@rzlaw.net. 

Malda M. Canaday is office manager, lead secretary, and paralegal for the firm.  Malda has previously worked for several top Orange County executives, and adds her substantial organizational and efficiency skills to the firm.

Jeanne Wagner joined our firm as one of the firm's corporate and estate planning paralegals.   She has been a paralegal for over 20 years having worked in the specialties of corporate and estate planning for the past 13 years. She is also notary public.
