Corporate and Transactional  Planning  Our office has also represented hundreds of businesses (and their owners) in a variety of matters. We are often involved in drafting the applicable corporate documents, including the buy-sell agreement (sometimes referred to as a shareholders' agreement).  We have also negotiated and drafted complex purchase and sale agreements for the purchase or sale, respectively, of businesses.

Trust and Estate Administration and Probate   Our firm has extensive experience in probate and trust administration.  After a death event, a series of steps must be taken in order to carry out the decedent's wishes, and to protect the executor (or successor trustee) from claims, as well as the rest of the family.  Please call our office if you would like assistance in probate or trust administration.

We provide assistance with establishing tax exempt organizations, obtaining and maintaining tax exempt status, reporting and compliance with federal and state tax law and regulations. We represent a number of exempt organizations in dealing with the Internal Revenue Service.
