Philosophically, the firm adopts a team approach to estate planning. A proper team of planners, including a financial planner, CPA, insurance agent, money manager (stock broker), and other applicable professionals generally provides the best range of services for clients.

Zeb has represented numerous individual and business clients throughout California. Some of the most challenging work has involved transitioning family businesses from one generation to the next. This can be a complicated process, involving financial as well as emotional issues. In such cases, the firm works with the client to develop the overall picture, and suggest ways of accomplishing the goals with respect to the business. Many times, complicated issues can be avoided by putting the issues into perspective. First and foremost involved with such planning is reducing any taxes that might otherwise be paid.
